ProJect Audio Opens New Factory and Logistics Centre

ProJect Audio,the company at the centre of the vinyl revival in the early 1990's have made a firm statement about what they believe is the future of the specialist turntable and specialist hifi market.They believe that the mainstream hifi companies will continue to retreat from the reviving analogue market and spend their research and development dollars chasing the bluetooth and home theatre market.This means that ProJect and other specialist companies that place their focus on capturing this market will benefit from the retreat of these major companies and will need to prepare for the increased volume that the specialist demand will require.

it is seldom that you meet a more passionate person and a visionary as Heinz Lichtenneger,the founder of ProJect Audio,and he has visited Stereophonic and we were taken aback at his passion and knowledge at how to achieve a great analogue sound.He walks his talk to this day with the recent releases of The Classic,The Recordmaster and The Essential III range.We have included a Youtube video that will clearly demonstrate the passion that Heinz has for providing the music listener with maximum value for money.

The video was recorded by Analogue Planet whilst touring both the new and old facilities.It shows not only the in-house precision machining of turntable components but the hand assembling of turntables by the dedicated ProJect Audio staff.
