The NAD C368 Digital Hybrid DAC Amplifier is part of the the new NAD range.It certainly represents a substantial change from the old NAD range in that it is packed with user friendly features and it's hybrid digital design brings it up to date with the needs of modern music listeners.

NAD has always been famous for it's amplifiers starting way back in the 1980's with the legendary 3020 model,the largest selling amplifier of all time.This amplifier brought real hifi sound to the entry-level price points.NAD hasn't had a new amplifier release for over 5 years as their engineers have been working on developing product for their sister company Bluesound designing Product of the Year  Award Winning streaming units.The benefit for NAD from this is that there is the ability to upgrade some NAD amplifiers to incorporate Bluesound high resolution streaming.It also welcomes back the phono input that has in the past been a standard part of NAD amplifiers.The onboard DAC allows the connection of the optical digital output of current model TV's to this amplifier.
