X-D500 CD Transport
The X-D500 CD Transport is designed to deliver the purest digital audio information from CDs. To achieve analog conversion, a Digital/Analog Converter or a digital socket-equipped amp is required.
The linear-type power supply contains two toroidal transformers for superior electrical separation. Its mechanical layout incudes circuits for control, laser signal processing, etc., while an Up-Scaling function sends the 16/44.1kHz original signal to 24/96kHz or 24/192kHz High-Definition audio.
The X-D500's rigid chassis boosts shielding by way of a compartmentalised construction. It supplies Coaxial (RCA), Optical (TOSLINK), and AES/EBU (XLR) digital outputs, and can be used with all (non-X-i50BT) Advance Paris products, to get the best out of your CD The X-D500 CD Transport offers audiophiles exceptional sound quality with its superior electrical separation from its linear-type power supply and its rigid chassis that boosts shielding.
